Studio Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 2026. These terms govern studio hire, technical support, and intellectual property ownership at baxflor.
1. Studio Reservation & Payment
Studio time slots are reserved upon confirmation from our booking desk. Standard studio rates begin at 190 EUR per hour (or applicable Canadian Dollar equivalent at the prevailing rate of exchange agreed upon booking confirmation). Invoices must be settled prior to the release of raw media files.
2. Arrival & Overtime Guidelines
Bookings begin strictly at the scheduled call time. Clients are granted entry 15 minutes before the session for setup and microphone checks. If a recording session runs over the booked duration by more than 15 minutes, overtime will be billed in 30-minute increments at the standard pro-rated hourly rate.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- More than 48 Hours Notice: Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with a 100% refund of any prepaid fees.
- Less than 48 Hours Notice: Due to engineer allocation and soundstage reservation, cancellations under 48 hours are subject to a 50% reservation fee.
- No-Shows: No-shows are billed for the full scheduled duration.
4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
The client retains 100% exclusive intellectual property ownership, copyright, and distribution rights to all raw video footage, voice stems, and master media produced during their session. baxflor claims zero ownership over your content. We will never broadcast, preview, or use your footage for promotional purposes without explicit written authorization.
5. Equipment Safety & Conduct
All broadcast microphones, cameras, optics, and lighting fixtures are maintained at professional standards. Clients and their guests are expected to exercise reasonable care within Suite 400. Any willful damage or gross negligence toward studio hardware will be invoiced at current replacement cost.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
