The Space at Adelaide Street West

Many commercial spaces convert standard office boardrooms with thin foam panels and call it an interview studio. At baxflor, we took a decoupled approach.

Located on the fourth floor of 425 Adelaide Street West, our studio utilizes a floating floor assembly and double-stud acoustic drywall to achieve high physical isolation from mechanical elevators and downtown transit traffic. Inside, custom resonant bass traps and curved hardwood diffusers ensure speech sounds open, natural, and free from boxy frequency buildup.

The visual environment is equally restrained: neutral tones, glare-free indirect key lighting, and clean background depths that allow on-camera speakers to hold the frame without visual distraction.

Geometric Symmetry & Sightlines

Comfortable eye-contact geometry paired with isolated acoustic axes.

The Engineering Guarantee

We do not hand you a room key and leave you to configure software. Every session booked at baxflor is staffed by a dedicated studio engineer who oversees microphone gain staging, monitors camera framing, executes live ISO backups, and ensures you leave with fully verified files.

Whether you are recording an episodic podcast series, an internal corporate investor briefing, or a high-stakes media appearance, the studio provides the calm assurance of broadcast reliability.
